Wander through Loulé market. Watch sparks fly in a maker’s workshop. Hands shaping clay. Portuguese architecture. Old tiles, weathered walls and very good doors. Atlantic cliffs. Watch the light change.

TOUCH
Run your hands over Portuguese ceramics. Feel clay, glazes, textiles, stone and old tiles. Watch makers weld, shape and create. Then get your own hands involved too.

SMELL
Wake up surrounded by orange groves. Fresh oranges straight from the tree. Morning coffee. Ocean air. Dinner cooking. Whatever catches your nose before your eyes do.

TASTE
Slow breakfasts. Long lunches. A picnic overlooking the Atlantic. Really good dinners. And a glass of wine, if you fancy one.

HEAR
Market noise. Makers at work. A sound session. Laughter around a long table. And then, for one evening and morning, no talking at all. Birds. Waves. Wind. Footsteps on the trail.

MOVE
Walk the Seven Hanging Valleys Trail in silence. Personal Training, just for our group. Breathe. Stretch. Get your feet in the sand. Maybe even in the Atlantic.

MAKE
Fill pages. Leave some empty. Play with materials. Follow a thought. Try something new. Make something nobody asked you to make.

And in between?

Read under an orange tree. Take an afternoon nap. Book a massage. Wander. Talk about ideas. Talk about completely unrelated things. Laugh. Get curious. Notice things you would normally walk straight past.

There’s plenty planned. And plenty of room in between.

For four nights, A Conquista is home.

Where you are is part of The Creative Reset.

There’s a pool. A yoga deck. And a huge field with plenty of places to sit, walk, read, write or disappear for a while.

There’s a reason we’re doing this in Portugal, in the Algarve. Not in a conference room ten minutes from home.

A Conquista gives us somewhere to eat together, make things, sit by the fire, wander outside, talk for far too long and do absolutely nothing for a while.

For five days, it’s ours.

meet the sisters behind the creative reset.

Five days away with eight people you haven’t met yet is quite a personal thing.

So it seems only fair that you know who you’re coming to the Algarve with.

We’re Kelly + Stella. Sisters, hosts, and the two people who’ll be there from the moment you arrive until the last coffee on Monday.

There will be quiet moments. And, if we know ourselves at all, a lot of laughing too.

Stella: the one who'll make A Conquista feel like home.

Stella is Kelly’s sister, your host at A Conquista and, quite possibly, one of the loveliest people you’ll ever meet (Sorry Stel!).

She knows the house, the Algarve and how to make people feel at home approximately five minutes after they arrive.

She’ll be there for all of it. The long dinners, the early mornings, the practical things you don’t want to think about and everything in between.

If Kelly is thinking about the 900 tiny details, Stella is the person making sure it all feels good when you’re actually there.

Kelly: the one who came up with all of this.

Kelly (also) grew up in an advertising family and went on to study Psychology, where she became fascinated by creativity and eventually wrote her Master’s thesis about it.

Since then, life has taken her through photography, entrepreneurship, interiors, travel and The Global Decor.

Add two children, several businesses, a permanently curious brain and a tendency to notice approximately everything around her, and The Creative Reset suddenly makes quite a lot of sense.

She’s the one currently obsessing over the programme, the Psychology behind it, the Field Books, the creative materials in the dome and, yes, approximately 900 tiny details.

The Creative Reset brings together a lot of things she’s been thinking about, studying and working with for years.

And yes, a business shoot like that would normally come with its own rather serious invoice. ;-)

A Conquista has a mix of shared and private rooms, so you can choose what feels right for you.

Investment from €2,450 p.p.

Payment in instalments will be available. Full payment details, exact room options and all prices will be shared before booking opens.

The full Creative Reset experience is included whichever room you choose.

With just 8 guests, there are only a few rooms of each kind.

For five days, award-winning private chefs Jess & Christina will be cooking for us at A Conquista.

They’ll shop fresh each day and prepare every breakfast, lunch and dinner, including food for our days out and our final Dinner Under the Stars.

But this isn’t just about really good food.

We’re creating the menus especially for The Creative Reset.

Getting there
For most international guests, Faro Airport (FAO) will be the easiest option. A shared transfer from Faro Airport to A Conquista will be included at one designated arrival time on Thursday. Arriving another way or at another time is absolutely fine; you’ll simply arrange your own transport to A Conquista.

Language
The Creative Reset will be hosted in English or Dutch, depending on the group. You can tell us your preference when you join the waitlist.

Can I come on my own?

Absolutely. In fact, we expect plenty of people will. You can come solo or bring a creative friend. Either way, there will only be eight guests around the table.

What language will The Creative Reset be in?

Who is The Creative Reset for?

People who are creative for a living. Photographers, interior designers, architects, stylists, artists, illustrators, designers, creative directors, makers, creative entrepreneurs and other creative professionals are all very welcome.

Do I have to join everything?

No. Everything is optional. Skip Personal Training. Skip the hike. Sleep through breathwork if you really want to. These are your five days too.

Do I need to work in a specific creative field?

No. Different disciplines, similar creative brains. If creativity is an important part of how you work and think, you’ll probably fit right in.

Are flights included & is the airport transfer included?

No. Flights to and from Portugal are not included. One shared transfer from Faro Airport to A Conquista is included at the designated group arrival time. If you arrive at another time or another way, you’ll arrange your own transport to A Conquista.

Are all meals & drinks included?

Yes. From your arrival snack on Thursday through to coffee and breakfast on Monday, your meals are taken care of, including food for Loulé, our coastal hike and Dinner Under the Stars.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. Payment in instalments will be available. The exact payment schedule will be shared before booking opens.

Can I book through my business?

Yes. Business invoices will be available. How the expense is treated for tax purposes depends on your individual circumstances, so please check this with your accountant.

Should I take out travel and cancellation insurance?

Yes. We strongly recommend taking out appropriate travel and cancellation insurance as soon as your booking is confirmed. Make sure the policy you choose provides suitable cover for your own circumstances and this trip.

What if I need to cancel?

The full cancellation terms will be provided before you book. We strongly recommend cancellation insurance, as whether your cancellation costs are covered will depend on your policy and reason for cancelling.

March doesn’t work for me. Should I still join?

Yes. We’re exploring additional Creative Resets later in 2027, and you can tell us that March isn’t your moment when you join.
